When you become a member of TOŠE AMDE, you instantly feel a sense of belonging and are considered part of the family. With ages ranging from 4 to 50+, all members are provided with the opportunity to build mutual interest with fellow students, create lasting friendships, and most of all, learn, experience and celebrate Macedonian culture and heritage through song and dance.
There is an abundance of physical and mental health benefits that come with dancing, from our Tiny Tots where we teach the fundamentals and improve their coordination and motor skills; to the Juniors where we improve their balance and muscular strength, endurance and fitness levels; to the Tweens where we prepare them for their transition into Teens; our Teens self-confidence and self-esteem is boosted along with their social skills; our Reserves group offers a fun environment for adults (beginners and ex-dancers) to get fit, meet new people whilst learning and revising Macedonian folklore, dance and song.
Our Seniors are a group of committed adults who train as semi-professionals to showcase through performances at a wide range of events, festivals, and concerts.
Students transition through the groups depending on age, skill and confidence.
